Terms of Service

These terms apply to VITOWEB at vitoweb.al, run by VitoWeb, Tirana, Albania (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. The games

The games are free and for entertainment only. There is no real-money play, no betting and no prizes. Points, wins and scores have no monetary value and can’t be exchanged for anything.

2. Computer players

When not enough people are online, empty seats are filled by computer-controlled players so that a game can start quickly. They play by the same rules as everyone else. If someone leaves a quick-match table, a computer player takes over the seat and the game continues.

3. Accounts

• You can play without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and lets you keep a username and friends.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google account secure.
• Your username and the name you play under must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, must not pretend to be someone else, and must not contain contact details or advertising.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account screen.

4. Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, use scripts or automated players, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
• harass, threaten or insult other players;
• try to access other people’s data or accounts, or parts of the site that aren’t meant for you;
• overload, attack or disrupt the site or its servers, or copy (scrape) its content automatically;
• click on ads you aren’t interested in, or ask others to do so.

We may change a name, remove someone from a table, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

5. Ads

The site is paid for by ads from third parties such as Google. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content of those ads or the sites they link to.

6. Our content

The site, its design, artwork, code and texts belong to VitoWeb. The traditional rules of games such as Murlan, Spathi, Derri në dorë and Domino belong to everyone; our versions of them are ours. You may not copy, republish or sell any part of the site without our written permission.

7. Availability

We work to keep the site running well, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. A table may close if a technical problem happens. We may change, pause or stop any game or feature at any time.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, VitoWeb is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost games, scores or other progress. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, and disputes go to the courts of Tirana. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the consumer law of your country gives you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we’ll say so on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
